Fourth, use and maintenance

Temperature limit: The thermal deformation temperature of ordinary PMMA board is about 100 ° C, and the continuous use temperature should not be higher than 85 ° C. When used in a high temperature environment, special attention should be paid to its heat resistance.

Cleaning and maintenance: The surface of PMMA board is easy to absorb dust, and can be wiped with soft cotton cloth dipped in 1% soapy water when cleaning. Be careful not to use hard objects or rough cloth to wipe, so as not to scratch the surface.

Esd protection: PMMA boards are prone to static electricity and dust absorption. During processing and use, take appropriate ESD preventive measures, such as keeping the environment humidity appropriate and using ESD tools.
